產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)
●全新一體式的床身，借助有限元分析（FEA）進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，在滿足高剛性、高精密加工 的同時(shí)，在吸收振動、減少共振方面效果明顯
●標(biāo)配裝刀數(shù)量35把，〔可擴(kuò)展40把〕，刀具豐富，適合復(fù)雜零件的加工；
●可選擇機(jī)械導(dǎo)套或者電導(dǎo)套結(jié)構(gòu)模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)高速、高精度加工；
●側(cè)銑動力采用中慣量伺服電機(jī)，扭力大刀具采用油冷模式，提高動力頭壽命；
●背軸刀臺刀具具備：車削、側(cè)面銑削、正面偏心加工、鏜孔加工，完全實(shí)現(xiàn)主背軸同時(shí)加工能力，高效生產(chǎn)；
●進(jìn)給軸采用30型滾柱導(dǎo)軌及選用加長滑塊和32型雙螺母絲桿，支撐剛性強(qiáng)，絲桿壽命更長；
●有導(dǎo)套與無導(dǎo)套靈活切換,可實(shí)現(xiàn)一機(jī)兩用；
●內(nèi)藏式油冷電主軸，慣性小、噪聲低、響應(yīng)快、易于實(shí)現(xiàn)定位；
●無導(dǎo)套專用主軸支撐結(jié)構(gòu),短工件也可實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度加工；
●Y1軸刀架采用龍門式L型排布，增強(qiáng)了刀架強(qiáng)度；
●X1軸導(dǎo)軌采用3條導(dǎo)軌支撐，提高刀具部位受力強(qiáng)度；
